Much of attaining success is all about writing your goals, and getting things on paper and then, doing them! Today I'm sharing an article which speaks on writing your goals but writing them to God (which many claim as their silent partner in business) or to a Guardian Angel or the Universe (which I believe are overseen by God) and you can even write this letter to yourself! However you choose to do this exercise in success, when you do I think you'll find awesome results which you have never imagined.

Send out
your desire. Write a letter to your angel, God and/or the Universe.
You have not because you ask not.
The Good Book.
You probably have heard of the above saying and it comes from the Bible, James 4:2
which states in full: "You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God".
There is much in that verse and one
can easily see all of the turmoil a person does simply because they do not ask.
Abundance and everything anyone desires is all around them for their use and
edification; one does not have to covet, steal or fight for something that they
already own. Think about it, why would you covet something someone else has when
you have the same thing and even better? Would you steal $20 off someone’s
table if you have $1000 or more in your own pockets? And why quarrel when you
already know the answer(s) and have peace and prosperity?
Now if you don’t “have” this same
thing, this $1000 or more in your pockets, and the peace and prosperity that is
rightfully yours and which you simply need to “accept” then “ask”. I am going
to offer an exercise here which will work to acquire, manifest, attain;
whatever you want to call this, and it will work every time.
Write out your desire and send it.
Just in the act of writing out your
desire, you are putting it out into the ethers as a request and immediately the
Universe (remember God created and is above the Universe) goes into action to
put things in place for you to acquire it. It will be your responsibility to
move forward and do what is necessary to “accept” it. For instance, you want a
pay raise. Write it and send it but then ask your boss for the raise! Or do
better at what you do so your boss notices and offers you the raise. Either
way, what you’ve written and sent had setup the process for this to happen.
Remember that the physical starts
with your thoughts and when you get your thoughts “out”, and you do this by
speaking and in this case writing, the process of attaining starts. Just as
there is so much power in one writing out their wants, their “to do” list, and
goals, there is also power in writing out your desire and then sending it. You
can write your letter to God, your Guardian Angel, and the Universe and; get
this… to yourself!
This doesn’t require any long
deliberation, simply grab a piece of paper and write a letter; just a few
sentences:
Dear God,
I want a shiny new red bicycle.
Bobby
Simple, right? Be a kid again. And
for those who think that I’m using God as a “vending machine in the sky” here,
I’m not. You’ve never prayed that you had a better relationship with your child
or spouse? This is the same thing. But get you desire (hand) written on paper.
Now, regardless of who you wrote the letter to, place it in an envelope,
address it to yourself, place a stamp on it and mail it. You will be surprised
when you receive it as you may have already received your answer! If you don’t
want to mail it, fold it and place it in your calendar a month out, a few pages
or chapters ahead in a book you are reading or a desk drawer. Regardless of
what method you use to “send it”, when you see it again, give thanks for the
answer that you’ve received.
Choose one or two things that you
want to do, be or have (check the Major 8 list for “ideas” if you’d like). Then
write the “letters” as I’ve outlined. It would be awesome to hear about your
