Can you learn the secret on how to express love from a magician?

I appreciate what I learned from Louise Hay about how people do the, and have done in the past, “the best that they know, or knew, how”. Knowing this makes it easier to forgive ourselves and others and to love ourselves and others.

Every day is for loving and today, Friday we will consciously make it our intention to “love”. Most people are uncomfortable talking about love. They are uncomfortable giving love and telling others that they love them. And, they are uncomfortable receiving love. But, we all need love!

These “assignments” range from easy to hard and you get to choose which you think are easy or hard!

You can “project” love to everyone around you. It is sometimes easier to tell people that you love them silently. Do you have a quarrel with someone? Silently say “I love you” and immediately watch moods change! Are you a salesperson? Before you walk into a place of business, silently say, “I love you” and even if a sale doesn’t always result, you have “lived your life (in that moment of time) and left a legacy”.

You can say “I love you” out loud to bless others by saying it with a letter, email, text or with flowers!

You can say “I love you” out loud as did Thurston, the great magician of the past, before he performed. Here is what Dale Carnegie shared in his book (which I highly recommend) How to Win Friends and Influence People.



…he (Dale Carnegie) spent an evening in the dressing room of Howard Thurston. He told me that many magicians would look at the audience and say to themselves, “well, there is a bunch of suckers out there, a bunch of hicks: I’ll fool them all right.” But Thurston’s method was totally different. He told me that every time he went on stage he said to himself: “I am grateful because these people come to see me. They make it possible for me to make my living in a very agreeable way. I’m going to give them the very best I possibly can.”

He declared he never stepped in in the front of the footlights without first saying to himself over and over: “I love My audience. I love My audience.” Ridiculous? Absurd? You are privileged to think anything you like. I am merely passing it on to you without comment as a recipe used by one of the most famous magicians of all time.

When you get into your daily meditative state using the steps outlined earlier, think of and list ways how you will express love today.

Think of those you will express love to and how you will do so.

State the following and add these affirmations along with the ways you’ve come up with to add and give love on a 3 x 5 card to remind yourself to carry them out throughout your day.

I reflect today on the emotion of love and how it affects my life and those I love and all humanity and all of God’s creatures and creation.

I acknowledge and accept that I was created in the magic circle of divine love I express love to all I meet today.

God is love and I am love. I acknowledge this and use this to banish all negative effects of hate, jealousy, suspicion, unfriendliness and absolutely all dis-ease, clutter and chaos.

Now, open your eyes and go forth in love.

The reason why most people think that “time flies” is because they are not “flying” with it. They look over their past and think about all they’ve missed and the opportunities that went by them because they did not take action. Time moves and destinies move. To move with time and destiny you simply need to choose to latch on to your destiny and move with it. In this course I will show you the 10 destiny moves that you will do for the next ten minutes, the next ten years and ultimately for the rest of your life.

There are many ways to achieve your ideal destiny, the destiny which you are suppose to live as it is already living and you simply need to “accept” it; as I’ve written elsewhere in my “LOA, The Law of Acceptance”. Specifically in these ten “moves” we’ll be using “Meditation and Affirmation to Realization”.  

Move One Set Order in your Life

Messy “anything” indicates that you have a “messy” life; the Universe doesn’t work well with “messy”. Messy “anything” means “messy everything” and results in a “messy mind”. Clarity in thinking, action and attaining your destiny goals is crucial. When you have a “messy” desk you may tell others that you know where everything is and that you can put your hand on it when you need to, but your subconscious knows better. Get several desk trays and label them appropriately to make finding and finishing things easier.

A messy trunk indicates that the owner probably was “messy” in doing regular tune-ups and maintenance on the vehicle. Consider looking in the trunk instead of under the hood the next time you buy a used car.

A messy calendar results in missing important appointments and steps required to get projects completed and on time. Consider learning to master your time and manage your projects using one of the many online programs available.

Take a moment now and see areas in which you can rid your life of the “messy monster”. All most of us have to do to see its head lurking about is to look up and around the room in which we sit. See that file cabinet? When was the last time you purged it of all the unnecessary papers? Those boxes and those clothes; when was the last time you were “in” them? Delete, delegate or distribute things you’ve not been able to complete or use.

When you have papers all over the place, you have money all over the place. You have uncompleted work all over the place. You have appointments all over the place. You say “yes” to things when you haven’t finished what you already have on your “plate” and these “yeses” have you running all over the place. When things are “all over the place” they are “out of hand”. Let’s start by getting everything “back in hand” where you can manage it.

Please take a moment now and list areas in which things have become “out of hand”.

How does each of these make you “feel”?

What has been the result of not having a “hand”le on these things?

Now let’s use Move One to “fix” this.

In my live seminars and one on one private coaching sessions I spend much more time in getting you to relax and get into a meditative state. For now you may wish to do a quick search on YouTube to find a quick video which may help. But when you at least do what I share now; even in a small way, you’ll find benefit.

We are going to “invoke the law of Cosmic order” into your life. Do this daily. Please read that again; do this daily. Ideally you’ll want to do this in the morning prior to starting your day and as close to when you rise in the morning as possible. (I used to work nights and slept in the morning so I did this when I woke regardless of time of day).

Do this in an environment where it is quiet (even if you need to invest in soundcancelling headphones or ear plugs) and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply, filling up your “belly”. see and feel it fill up with air. Hold that air in your tummy for a moment and then release it slowly; all the way out until you’ve exhausted as much as you possible can. Then repeat this twice for a total of three times. The first few times this may “feel” like you are “pushing” things but eventually you’ll want to do this “easily” because after all, we are aiming for this to be a “relaxation” technique.

My friend and mentor Jack Canfield told me that most people do not feel worthy of accepting or receiving from the Universe so they don’t breathe in fully; they are “upper chest” breathers and attract ailments and dis-eases by not breathing in deeply and naturally. If you get nothing more from our time together than learning and using this, you’ll at least “breathe better”; in all areas of your life.
With your eyes still closed, feel the stillness. See the stillness. Hear the stillness. Taste and smell the stillness and know the stillness. As you continue breathing naturally, deeply, slowly and naturally say silently, “Peace be still”, peace be still, peace be still seven times. You can move seven of your fingers slightly to count these off.

With your eyes still closed, feel the peace. See the peace. Hear the peace. Taste and smell the peace and know the peace. Now verbally say, softly and out loud but in a whisper “Peace be still. Be still and know that I am God”. This will focus your mental and physical power as a positive force out into the ether, from your mind into your hand so to speak as Bob Proctor told me, “If we can think it, we can hold it”.

Repeat the phrase, “Be still and know that I am God” six more times for a total of seven.
Now, “see” in your “mind’s eye” what projects you need to accomplish. Visualize those things which you listed as areas in which things where “out of hand” and place them one by one “in your hand” and bless them by saying “You are now completed in the best way and most appropriate way for the good of self and others. I bless you and I thank you.”

Picture a filing cabinet. Open a drawer and place those projects and areas which you do not want to deal with at this time. In future sessions, you’ll open the cabinet and work on each in order of importance.

Now say out loud, in a whisper “I have taken care of and am taking care of the most important things in my life for this moment and time. I feel and promote calmness, harmony and clarity in myself, my projects and my world”.

Now open your eyes and go about your day. Tomorrow repeat the process. Over time you will see your habits change and clarity and completion will be routine.

Create your “Good at” list.

As sit at my computer composing this weekly “assignment” I am thankful for you the reader who thinks enough of this project to continue with me. It will take discipline for me to make the time to create these every week and your comments and results inspires me to continue.

This week I’m borrowing something I’ve learned from one of my mentors, Dean Graziosi. His lesson is that many of us have been taught to work on improving our weaknesses instead of our strengths and he says we should work on our strengths and let our weaknesses where they are!

I agree. When you think about it, our strengths are what truly “make us” or what we are made up of. It is what we are natural at, is usually easier to do with less stress, it is what we love and the biggest part of our purpose.
Most just have not taken the leap to trust this enough to find ways to earn money doing what we love.

Your weaknesses are not “you”, your strengths are “you”. You only have so much time in life so work on making your strengths better. And, by doing so some of your weaknesses will actually improve too!

Here’s what Dean asks us to do.

Create a “good at” list.

  •  I say we should number a list of ten. To start, think of just three things you are “good at” and add to your list over time.
  • Next to each thing on the list, write at least one way that you can improve on this thing that you are “good at”.
  • Move forward in your life focusing on what you are “good at”.



When an opportunity or obstacle comes your way, ask yourself “is this something that will work for or against what it is that I’m good at?” Make your decision and move on.
